Before the initial session, we agree on the date, time and length of treatment over email, txt or WhatsApp. The initial treatment is 60 minutes. Further treatments can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
You complete the online distance Cranio form and return it to us.
At the beginning of the session, Gill will call you, and we begin the checking-in process. You describe how you are doing and what might be coming up for you and we go through your health form. Gill will also ask you to state your intention for your session.
You will lie or sit somewhere comfortable, safe and undisturbed for up to one hour. The phone can remain in speaker mode next to you so we can continue the dialogue. Or we can disconnect the phones and reconnect for the last 5 or 6 minutes. During your treatment, Gill will connect to and accompany you through your Cranio journey. We can talk throughout the treatment although Gill prefers just the odd comment or just talking in the summing up time.
We will both be tuning in to what is present in your inner space. This can be physical or emotional.
As a client, afterwards, you take all the time you need to rest and integrate or even to follow on from the session.
If you feel the need to share more of your experience, email Gill, text or arrange a phone call with a “2nd debrief” of what the experience was like for you. After that, Gill responds, if necessary, with her version. This is an additional charge if it is not in the last 5 or 6 minutes of summing up and integration of your treatment.
How much do the sessions cost, and how can I pay you?
Iniital Treatment
Pre-pay NZ $180.00
This is our first encounter to determine if we are a potentially harmonious partnership.
60 minutes including an initial phone consultation as well as your CranioSacral session. You experience Gill’s work. Also included is your health history review, a debrief and verbal integration near the end and we also determine your next steps, all within this 60 minute treatment.
Pre-pay 6 Sessions
NZ $980.00
As we advance, sessions are NZ$180.00 GST inclusive for approximately an hour with a follow-up email.
Gill recommends at least six to eight sessions to achieve optimum benefit from the distance cranio healing session series.
A pre-paid package is available after the initial session for six sessions for NZ $980.00, saving NZ $100.00
Pre-pay Single Treatment GST Inclusive.
This includes 5-6 minutes set aside for a debrief and follow-up text.
NZ $180.00 for 60 minutes
NZ $135.00 for 45 minutes.
NZ $90.00 for 30 minutes.
All treatment sessions must be paid for in advance, and the funds cleared into the Gill Redden Cranio nominated New Zealand bank account
